  Food was nice but unfortunately the service was terrible.
  
  Phoned through a collection order for two people and was quoted 40mins until the food would be ready for pickup. Arrived on time and paid for order and waited... and waited...
  
  Ended up waiting an extra 40mins for the food to arrive with a bunch of other customers also waiting for similar lengths of time.
  
  One of the customers asked what was going on and was told they were a chef down, pity that wasn't mentioned when the order was placed or when we arrived.

  Shocking service. Was told 35 mins for a collection. Gave them 10 mins grace and arrived after 45 mins. Then stood for a further 30 mins with no apology or even a half a beer as compensation.
